Bridgerton Season 3 Episode Release Dates & Casts Unveiled

It’s been a long wait, but at last, Season 3 of Bridgerton is about to launch! The romantic saga of Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton will commence on May 16 on Netflix, eagerly bringing with it the much-anticipated mirror and carriage scenes.

Due to a strategy that has seen other hit series like Stranger Things released in segments, Netflix will roll out Bridgerton Season 3 in two parts. This approach might make fans even more eager and attached as they await the episodes.

Lady Whistledown might say, “The ones we cherish can wound us the deepest” — possibly hinting at Netflix’s episodic tactics.

Bridgerton Season 3: Episodes 1–4

Mark your calendars for May 16, as the first quartet of episodes from Season 3 of Bridgerton makes its debut. Here’s a sneak peek at the episodes:

  • Episode 1: “Out of the Shadows”
  • Episode 2: “How Bright the Moon”
  • Episode 3: “Forces of Nature”
  • Episode 4: “Old Friends”

Typically, Netflix releases its shows at 12:00 a.m. PT, so those on the West Coast can start their binge-watching at midnight.

In addition, here’s the official synopsis for Season 3: After overhearing Colin’s unflattering remarks last season, Penelope decides to abandon her crush and seek a husband who respects her independence and her secret identity as Lady Whistledown. Despite her initial failures on the marriage market, Penelope’s life becomes more complicated as Colin, returning from his travels with newfound confidence, tries to win back her friendship by helping her gain confidence. As Penelope becomes more adept at navigating society, Colin must confront his true feelings. Meanwhile, Penelope faces a falling-out with Eloise, who has made an unexpected new ally, and struggles to keep her alter ego a secret.

Bridgerton Season 3: Episodes 5–8

The season’s concluding episodes will be available on June 13, and they promise intriguing developments, especially the seventh episode, titled “Joining of Hands.”

The staggered release of episodes not only keeps viewers hooked but also aligns with Netflix’s strategy of maintaining subscriber interest over extended periods. This format is also planned for the upcoming season of Emily in Paris.

Looking Ahead to Bridgerton Season 4

While details are scarce, anticipation for Season 4 is already building. At the New York City premiere, author Julia Quinn teased that she knows which Bridgeton will be the next ‘diamond of the season,’ but she remains tight-lipped.
